Contractors are permitted Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Workers, construction debris, and vehicles must be off the property by 4:30 p.m..
All contractors and sole proprietors must be approved by Management before any project is undertaken. Contractors will be required to meet with our Property Manager, acknowledge all policies and procedures, provide work plans, Business Occupational License, as well as proof of General Liability and Workman’s Compensation insurance coverage.
For renovations, an Application for Renovation must be submitted by the owner and approved in advance by the Property Manager and Condo’s Board of Directors.
24 hour notice is required if elevators will be used for equipment or materials so padding can be installed.
Parking is allowed in the west surface lot only (nearest South Ocean Blvd.)
Workers must sign-in and out with Security daily.
